найбільшу мотивацію пити їжовик гребінчастий (він же Lion’s Mane) ми з дівчиною отримали після перегляду 1 та 2 частини подкасту Джо Рогана та Пола Стементса. Вони там відверто говорили про гриби, їх користь; відгалужувалися від теми та ділилися дуже особистим досвідом. всім рекомендую до перегляду на ютубі (joe rogan paul stamets), хто зацікавився темою грибів!
