Return and Exchange

The company operates under the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" regarding the return and exchange of goods of proper quality within the territory of Ukraine. However, in case of sales abroad, returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality are not provided. We do not accept goods for return or exchange after they have been sent beyond the borders of Ukraine, regardless of the reasons, except in certain cases.

For international shipments, we additionally note: returns or exchanges of goods sent abroad are not carried out. All claims regarding the quality or completeness must be resolved before sending beyond the borders of Ukraine.
