Selenium contributes to the absorption of vitamin E, which has an additional antioxidant effect. This product contains non-yeast selenium in the form of L-selenomethionine.

Composition of one serving (1 tablet):

Selenium (as L-selenomethionine) - 100 mcg

Other ingredients:

Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable cellulose.
