How to take Scitec Nutrition Monster Pak:

The daily portion is only 2 packets, 1 packet of each type! Take packet (A) with the amino acid tablet in the morning or before training, as it contains stimulants. Take packet (B) with the fish oil capsule after training or in the evening. Always remember about the stimulants!
